What information and support can I give to my patients on apixaban?

As recommended by NICE, all patients receiving anticoagulation should receive information on anticoagulants, including side-effects and monitoring.1

To help you in supporting your patients with DVT / PE, who are on apixaban, and to help them understand more about their condition and their anticoagulation medicine, we have created a range of resources and support tools, available at ELIQUIS.co.uk and displayed below.

Visit ELIQUIS.co.uk for additional supporting materials and further information covering a range of topics related to anticoagulation and VTE.

Finally, all patients should be advised to carry their anticoagulant alert card at all times.1
